Cross Pointe Boulevard to close south of Lloyd; temporary 3-way stop coming at Lincoln/Fuquay

Weather permitting, the work is scheduled to be complete by Saturday afternoon, October 4.
Currently drivers on Lincoln have the right of way. Once the closure is complete, the stop sign will be removed.

Eastbound traffic rejoins westbound traffic west of Red Bank Road
Two-way (eastbound and westbound) traffic is now sharing the north side of the Lloyd after construction crews completed the switch for eastbound traffic on Wednesday.
Traffic shared what we commonly consider the eastbound side of the Lloyd while the westbound lanes were taken down to dirt and reconstructed.
Between County Line Road and Boehne Camp Road, traffic was shifted to that newly completed section so work can begin on the eastbound lanes.
The section between Red Bank Road and Barker Avenue will make that switch later this year once the bridges are complete.
Temporary Stoppages anticipated on Wednesday near Rosenberger
Plan ahead! On Wednesday, October 1, weather permitting, traffic will be stopped in both directions while bridge beams are delivered to the work site just east of Rosenberger. Watch for flaggers in the morning and be prepared for 10- to 15-minute stoppages.
Four stoppages are anticipated over the course of two hours.
