EVANSVILLE, Ind. – INDOT and the Lloyd4U team are hosting a displaced left turn education event on Tuesday, July 23, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Evansville Christian School, 10644 Lincoln Ave, Newburgh, IN.

Motorists will have the chance to walk through a large visualization of the soon-to-open Epworth Road innovative intersection, view project maps, and watch educational videos regarding displaced left turn intersections. 

Epworth Road is the first of four displaced left turn intersections coming to the Lloyd Expressway. Other innovative intersections are expected along the Lloyd such as reduced conflict intersections and a hybrid innovative intersection that includes elements of both a displaced left turn and a reduced conflict intersection.
