14-Day Closures needed for McDowell and Schutte roads north of the Lloyd Expressway

EVANSVILLE, Ind. – Beginning on or after Monday, May 12 a 14-Day closure will begin on McDowell Road north of the Lloyd Expressway. Crews will close off access from the Lloyd Expressway to McDowell Road to begin intersection improvements. Crews expect to have the work completed and access reopened before the Memorial Day weekend.

Once work is completed at McDowell Road, crews will move east and begin a second 14-day closure at Schutte Road for intersection improvements on or after Monday, May 19.

Motorists are encouraged to plan ahead while navigating theLloyd4U construction.
